Why Spiritual Direction?

Entering into the practice of Spiritual Direction is an opportunity to grow and expand within yourself. 

 It is a journey of discovery, surrender and re-discovery.  The Direction comes from your Spirit within. 

There are many different reasons why an people choose to enter into Spiritual Direction.  The form your journey takes is shaped by you the individual.  I, as your spiritual companion, will journey with you and support you through deep listening with compassion and without judgement.  Together we will explore questions.  The questions arise primarily from your life story, which is a sacred story deserving of time, loving attentiveness and respect. You may wish to expand on your discoveries through your own, existing spiritual practices.  Alternatively, I can introduce you to new practices which can help you enter your ‘inner room’ more deeply.  Take some time to sit with your spiritual-Self, your true-Self.
